1.) Monroe 7-0
The Tornadoes remained unbeaten with a win against No. 2 Westover on Friday but might meet the Patriots again Saturday if both teams advance to the title game of the U Save It Tournament.. Next: vs. Terrell County, 8:30 p.m., Thursday at Albany High in the U Save It Tournament.
2.)Westover 5-2
The Pats stay No. 2 because there’s no indication there’s a better team — other than No. 1 Monroe. Next: vs. Manchester, 5:30 p.m., Thursday at Albany High in the U Save It Tournament.
3.) Randolph-Clay 5-2
The Red Devils lost to Seminole County in overtime, but bounced back with a win against Early County on Saturday. Next: TBA, Thursday at the Carrollton Christmas Tournament.
4.) Mitchell County 7-1
The Eagles have won six in a row since losing to Randolph-Clay, and had impressive wins against Stewart, Pelham and Terrell County last week. Next: at Valdosta, 7:30 p.m., Friday.
5.) Bainbridge 2-3
The Bearcats have played a tough schedule and split a pair of games against two teams from Tallahassee in their own tournament over the weekend. Next: vs. Thomasville, 7:30 p.m., today.
Girls
1.) Monroe 8-0
The Lady Tornadoes beat rival Westover 45-32 on Friday to stay unbeaten, thanks to Super 6er Key Key Price. Next: vs. Chapel Hill, 4 p.m., Thursday in the Carrollton Tournament.
2.) Crisp County 6-1
The Lady Cougars stay at No. 2 in the Fab 5 after an impressive, 63-54, win against Westover. Next: vs. Valdosta, 6:30 p.m., Dec. 27 in the Tifton McDonald’s Tournament.
3.) Randolph-Clay 7-1
R-C has won seven in a row since losing to No. 1 Monroe and had big wins last week against Seminole and Early County. Next: vs. TBA, Thursday in the Carrollton Christmas Tournament.
4.) Pelham 3-0
The Lady Hornets move up after beating rival Mitchell County, 51-44, and appear to be a Class AA powerhouse after moving up from Class A this year.. Next: vs. Baker County, 6 p.m. today.
5.) Mitchell County 6-2
The Lady Eagles dropped from No. 4 to No. 5, but they have lost to only Randolph-Clay and Pelham and are the favorites to win the south end of Region 1-A. Next: At Valdosta, 6 p.m., Friday

Dang it! I gotta agree with the Sister on this one. How in the hell did that figure on that one? If Bainbridge that good bring them on to the Albany and let play Monroe, Albany or Westover. We'll see how good they are.
