Contrise Williams of Albany has been selected for membership by Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society in the local chapter at University of Central Missouri.
Williams is a graduate of Monroe Comprehensive High School and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Kendrick and Stanley Rivers. She has an associate degree in criminal justice and is majoring in fashion merchandising.
Williams is on track to graduate in May and hopes to own a consignment boutique within five years. She also served six years in the U.S. Air Force, where she worked as a cardio-pulmonary specialist.
Williams and her husband, Jermaine, have one child.
