ATLANTA A judge weighing a legal argument from a "birther" group, ruled Friday that President Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen of the U.S. and should be on the ballot in Georgia.
The AJC reports that state administration law Judge Michael Malihi dismissed a challenge from a group challenging Obama's citizenship and his right to be on the presidential ballot.
Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp will now review Malihi's order before rendering a decision.

Put him on the ballot! I won't be voting for him anyway. I didn't vote for him last time.
