SYLVESTER -- Mrs. Mary Louise Blalock, 90, of Glen St. Mary, FL died Friday, February 3, 2012 at Macclenny Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday February 6, 2012 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 PM until service hour at Banks Funeral Home.
