They may kick thieves off the team, but allow those charged with misdemeanor domestic violence/simply battery to remain. Plenty of witnesses, so don't give me that innocent until proven guilty BS. http://www.independentmail.com/news/2012/jan/21/georgia-football-player-arrested/

as a dawg fan, i don't have any problem with him kicking criminals off of the team. As a matter of fact, i wish he would kick ANY player off for breaking ANY law. DUI, smoking pot, theft, domestic violence, whatever....get rid of them. There is always someone waiting to take their place (unless it's an offensive lineman...we're short on them!) if they want to blow this enormous opportunity....we don't need 'em!

Richt calls Cummings a "student-athlete". Maybe that's Richt's problem. He just delusional.
