ALBANY -- Mr. Charlie Harpe of Albany died on February 9, 2012 at Pines Personal Care Home. A memorial service will be held on February 15 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with interment in Floral Memory Garden Cemetery.
