ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Area Employer Committee will host a seminar for employers on Feb. 21.
The seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at the Georgia Department of Labor’s Albany Career Center, located at 1608 S. Slappey Blvd.
The seminar will be led by Jimmy Lindsey of Albany, director of human resources and marketing at AB&T National Bank, and a veteran of more than 20 years in human resources management. It will focus on hiring and terminating employees and is designed for business owners, human resource managers, supervisors and entrepreneurs. The fee for the seminar ranges from $15-$20, which includes a continental breakfast.
