ALBANY -- Edna Ethell Regan, 66, of Albany, passed away, Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Saturday February 18, 2012 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Deep Bottom Cemetery in Norman Park at 4:00 PM. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
