MOULTRIE -- Mrs. Elouise Ruffin, 84, passed on February 10, 2012 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on February 18, 2012 at Mother Easter Baptist Church with burial in the St. James Pallbearers Cemetery #2.
