Tracy Goode has joined Darton College as the dean of institutional advancement and public relations.
In this position, Goode oversees the fundraising and marketing efforts of the college.
“I look forward to partnering with alumni, business and community leaders to expand opportunities at Darton College,” Goode said. “We are a State College now, and I want to help get the word out about our growth and future four-year degree programs.”
An actor, producer and director, Goode worked for more than 11 years at Sherwood Baptist Church, assisting in its movie production efforts and leading the television production team’s local and national broadcasts.
Prior to his work at Sherwood, he served as Darton’s TV operations manager. He has also worked independently as a producer and actor for many years.
Goode is a Darton alumnus and a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University. He is married to Teresa Watts Goode of Albany and they have a daughter, Abby.
