RICHLAND -- Benny H. Russell, 84, of Abbeville, formerly of Preston, died on Februrary 14, 2012. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on February 19, 2012 at Cool Spring Baptist Church in Buena Vista with interment in the church cemetery.
