Mr. and Mrs. William Ray Pearce of Albany are pleased

to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Kasey

Ann Pearce, to Mr. Mathew Jackson Durr of Camilla, son of

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Durr of Dawson.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Sandra

Tucker Pearce and the late William Bubba Pearce and Mr.

and Mrs. Anthony Warren and Mr. Edward Raiford Long

and Mrs. Carolyn Bertsch. She is the sister of Kelly Rae

Pearce. Ms. Pearce is a graduate of Sherwood Christian

Academy and Valdosta State University, where she earned

her degree in Management. She is the manager at Perfect

Settings in Valdosta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Barbara Sauls Locke

and the late Bobby Jackson Locke and Jewell Spillers Durr

and the late William Luther Durr and Delle Cannon Durr.

He is the brother of William Chesley Durr and Barbara

Delle Durr. Mr. Durr graduated from Terrell Academy and

Georgia Southern University in Statesboro where he

earned his degree in Finance. He is employed with Flint

River National Bank in Camilla.
