ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 42 incidents Wednesday into the early hours of Thursday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Saggy pants, on the 300 block of North Davis Street;

-- Entering auto on the 300 block of Elson Street, the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive and the 300 block of Mock Road;

-- Truancy on the 2000 block of Stratford Drive;

-- Disorderly conduct, a fight on the 2000 block of Schilling Avenue and the 400 block of Alice Avenue;

-- Identity fraud on the 600 block of Sands Drive;

-- Theft by taking on the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road and the 400 block of West Roosevelt Avenue;

--Burglary on the 1800 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 400 block of West Society Avenue and the 2200 block of Doncaster Drive;

-- Runaway juvenile on the 900 block of Lippitt Drive;

-- Aggravated assault on the 800 block of Shadowlawn Drive;

-- Missing juvenile on the 800 block of Crawford Drive;

-- Financial card transaction fraud, theft by taking (domestic) on the 400 block of Florence Drive;

-- Terroristic threats (domestic) on the 1700 block of Gadsden Drive;

-- Battery (domestic) on the 700 block of Park Place;

-- Assault (domestic) on the 1500 block of North Monroe Street and the 2100 block of Homeward Drive;

-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 1500 block of South Madison Street, the 2600 block of Pointe North Boulevard, the 1600 block of Gardner Drive, the 500 block of Hickory Lane, the 1300 block of 11th Avenue and the 1500 block of Malone Drive.

ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to eight incidents.

-- Telephone wires down, safe house program, unauthorized burning, grass fire, activated alarm, unattended cooking, Dougherty County EMS assist and an arcing electric water heater.
