ALBANY -- William R. Coley, Sr., 90, of Albany died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Elliott Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
