Georgia DOT crews have rescheduled sign work at the intersection of S.R. 234 and Byron Ridge Road in Dougherty County. Work is planned between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, weather permitting.
Upgrades will include the following; Overhead installation of a straight-only-arrow sign and relocation of the existing S.R. 234 route sign.
- Installation of a "RIGHT TURN ONLY" sign on the right shoulder of the road.
- Relocation of the existing "RIGHT TURN MUST TURN RIGHT" sign.
A single lane closure and/or flagmen may be utilized during this work. Motorists should reduce their speed in these maintenance work zones.
