ALBANY -- Russell Manning Castleberry, 88, of Leesburg passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 1, 2012 in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Meigs Cemetery. The family will recieve friends at Hall and Hall Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m.
