SYLVESTER -- Mr. James Carl "Bud" Mallard, 77, of Warwick died Wednesday January 4, 2012 at Phoebe Worth Medical Center. The funeral service will be at 4:30 PM on Saturday January 7, 2012 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Rocky Mt. Cemetery . The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Banks Funeral Home.
