ALBANY — Joshua Jones, 26, was arrested by Albany Police Department officers about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday after a concerned resident saw him at the 2425 Sylvester Road Harvey’s Supermarket and called authorities.
Jones was wanted in connection with firing a gun at 7:30 p.m. Monday toward a group of people at 211 Pine Bluff Road. Jones was charged with criminal use of a handgun with the serial number scratched off and reckless conduct.
