ALBANY -- Mr. Tilmon Milner, 97, of Albany died Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at his residence. Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 11:00AM at US 19 Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with the Jackson Heights Congregation in charge. Family will receive at 433 Harmon Avenue.
