ALBANY -- Mrs. Ceolia Mae Thomas Fowler, 91, of Albany, GA died Monday, January 23, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on January 28, 2012 at New St. James Baptist Church on Camp Osborne Road at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Worth County.
