Davis Charles Summers Jr. is wanted for murder in Tifton. The fugitive may be in the Albany area and is considered to be armed and dangerous. Jawaskie Martez Luke, A.K.A. J Rock, is an 18-year-old black male, 5 feet 8, 139 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. A tattoo on his forearm reads “Melissa.” His last known address is 2020 S. Madison St. or 220 S. Madison St., Albany. Luke has two active arrest warrants for parole violation and a grand jury indictment for two counts of rape, aggravated sodomy and two counts of aggravated child molestation.

Lamontrez Rashon Luke, A.K.A. Lammtrell, is a 24-year-old black male, 5 feet 6, 179 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. He uses an alias birth year of 1981 and his last known address of 2020 S. Madison or 220 S. Madison St., Albany. Luke has an active arrest warrant for probation violation. He is a relative of Jawaskie Martez Luke listed above. You see one, you may see both.

Vanessa Monquie Brown

Vanessa Monquie Brown is a 20-year-old black female, 5 feet 6, 190 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and tattoos (“Leo” on her left wrist, a flower with a pair of dice on her right wrist, “Leta” with a cross on her right upper arm, a horseshoe on her left breast, “Vanessa” on her right breast, three stars on her left foot, “Lakevia, Brianna, Victoria” on her right leg, “Monquie” on the middle of her back, and a cat with “Truly Blessed” on her left leg). Her last known addresses are 1634 Pineview and 400 Plum St., Albany. Brown has an active arrest warrant for simple battery.

CAPTURE UPDATE

On Monday, fugitive Raymond Barnes Jr., featured Jan. 7, was captured for his active arrest warrants and new charges. Barnes was captured with the assistance of information from Albany Area Crime Stoppers tips.
