Unfortunately those proceedings were closed to the public so we'll never know who really applied besides Mr. Murfree.

Who came up with that ranking system anyway? Was it a board member?

If the board members came up with the ranking system, dont you think they would have put "bow tie" as #1???

No Coach, I believe it was the way the Consulting firm rated the Applicants. Say, you being in the know. Was it true ASU wanted to get rid of Murfree because of conflict with Alumni over the athletic teams and his way of taking care of his job? I heard that from some folks that would be in a position to know, but would appreciate your take.

Good going squawker! These people make me sick talking about applying for the position if you are not satisfied. What good does it do to apply if they pick among the least qualified candidate for the position?

This squawker threw a pie in the face of the previous squawker! Wish I could see it! This DESERVES the "Squawk of the Day" status! Good going!

Actually Walt....I don't know anything about Dr. Murfree at ASU. All I know is this DCSS is in big trouble and I don't know how they will ever repair their reputation. This is the worst shape this system has ever been in....
