"About the Monroe brawl last week, I'm just glad to know there are still some inner city youths who know they can still fight the old fashioned way, instead of shooting each other."

That's albany. Find a way to congratulate a bunch of idiots for acting like yard dogs.

Yard dogs? Wow, that's pretty harsh for teenaged boys!

Did you see this week's Jail Report in yesterday's paper? The five 17 yr. olds were listed, and three of them have either $1,000 or $2,000 fines. How are they expected to pay those fines? ... and Ruby, I always use the "@" and dollar signs ($$) when typing that word. :)

Thank you for the feedback Shinedownfan but Sister Ruby must listen to the voice of God, not Man.

They were at school and didn't have time to get their guns.

If you have ever spoken with Judge Weaver, he is famous for making defendants write papers and monitoring their school progress even for DUI's. After all they can't afford the fines and they don't deserve jail time. Wonder who's Court these individuals will wind up in?

Probably the basketball court.

Yep and this is why a youth (repeat offender) still continues to break into homes in the Merry Acres area because when caught he was ordered to write a paper. What kind of punishment is that?! Even the police are feed up with the judicial system here. They can catch the criminals but when it comes time to go in front of a judge they just get a slap on the hand.

They deserve jail, expulsion, and entitlement checks.
