ALBANY -- A man called a predator by the Dougherty County district attorney left jail on a $10,000 bond Tuesday, the same day he was arrested for sex crimes with an 11-year-old girl.
"This was a particularly brutal crime on this young girl," Greg Edwards, district attorney, has said. "This is a particularly chilling example of the dangers that are out there from these types of predatory individuals."
Anthony Bernard Jackson, 20, was arrested at about 7 a.m. at 616 Gaines Ave. on warrants for two counts of rape, party to a crime and aggravated sodomy, said Dougherty County Sheriff's Capt. Craig Dodd.
Before 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, he was released on a bond set by Judge Denise Marshall, said a Dougherty County Jail spokeswoman.
Jackson had previously been indicted in August, 2010 on charges stemming from a 2009 attack on a female. Allegedly Jackson punched, slapped and put a gun to the head of a female victim.
Also arrested on warrants for counts of rape, aggravated sodomy against a child under 10 years of age, and aggravated child molestation, Jawaskie Luke, "J Rock," 18, was arrested at 2020 S. Madison St. Tuesday, Dodd said. Luke also had a parole violation.
Luke remained in Dougherty County Jail with no bond set, said a jail spokeswoman.

If there ever were a more deserving couple of individuals, these two are the ones. Deserving of Chinese Justice. Where they take the convicted individual out in back of the court house and shoot them, then charge the family for the bullet. Animals is too good a word to use in describing them.

They are young, good looking men. Send them to prison, put them in Gen Pop, and let the AB's have a go with them. Over and over and over again.

Being that they have a record and considered dangerous, why are they out on bond? They should have been denied bond. Who will be their next victim while they are out loose on the streets?

"Judge" Denise Marshall has about as much sense as my wife's small yapping dog. None!

I can not for the life of me figure out what adults find alluring about young children!!!! What in the world is the attraction??? Maybe because the predator is looking for a vulnerable, easy target? I just can't figure out why these guys and others like them would want to be with a child??

I have a very big problem with the small bond. It should have been $100,000 each. Take a look folks at who the judges are and vote them out the next election. This was more than rape, it was also child molestation. More than one crime in all they need is $1000 to get out of jail. Denise Marshall is her name. If she had gotten raped, you can bet the bond would have been alot higher.
