ALBANY, Ga. — Want to be the next Phillip Phillips?
Fox 31 WFXL-TV is holding a local audition to find undiscovered talent 15 to 28 years old to represent Southwest Georgia at “American Idol” auditions in New Orleans, La.
Auditions will be conducted from from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday at Albany Mall.
Interested artists can register online at http://bit.ly/fox31albanyidol to guarantee an audition. Participants may also registered at the event Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon.
Winners will receive roundtrip accommodations to New Orleans for the audition on July 17.
