Hubbard, Morman elected to state board

ALBANY — Albany Mayor Dorothy Hubbard and Baconton Mayor Annette Morman have been elected to the board of directors for the Georgia Municipal Association.

Hubbard serves as chair of the Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute and as first vice president of GMA’s 10th District.

Morman is president of the 10th District for GMA. The district includes Terrell, Lee, Calhoun, Dougherty, Worth, Colquitt, Thomas, Grady, Mitchell, Baker, Decatur, Miller, Seminole, Early and Calhoun counties.
