CAMILLA -- Jean Cooper Pearce, 66, of Albany, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at her residence.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 20 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Mt. Olive Church Cemetery. Rev. Alton Harper will officiate.

Pallbearers will include Bob Hubbard, Chandler Pearce, Deloyd Cooper, Jr., Everett Cooper, Wiley Tucker, and Jamie Vinson.

Born October 15, 1945 in Louisville, Kentucky, Ms. Pearce was the daughter of the late Deloyd Cooper, Sr. and Betty Merritt Cooper. She retired from the State of Georgia as supervisor of Primus Industries. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Pearce Horne.

Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Young of Albany; two sons, Virgil Pearce, Jr. and wife, Lorie, of Dacula and Timmy Pearce and wife, Sandi Bowen of Macon; three brothers, Deloyd Cooper, Jr., Everett Cooper, and Ronald Cooper, all of Louisville, Kentucky; a sister, Beverly Hubbard of Louisville, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Kasey Renfroe, Taylor Young, Tiffany Vinson, Matthew Pearce, Andrew Pearce, Michelle Davis, Chandler Pearce, and Gina Starling; seven great grandchildren, Bryce Dunn, Kaylin Renfroe, Javie Vinson, April Starling, Autumn Starling, Cassie Price, and Griffin Pearce.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, July 19 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.
