ALBANY, Ga. — According to Albany Police Department reports, Albany resident Barbara Regina Coleman, 30, turned herself in at the Law Enforcement Center Tuesday. She was charged with aggravated assault and battery in connection with a July 7 assault in the alley behind the South Side Pool Room at 310 W. Highland Ave.
Martavis Deyon McWhorter, 23, turner himself in to police at the Law Enforcement Center Tuesday. He was charged with financial transaction card fraud. Police said McWhorter broke into a car, stole a wallet and used the victim’s bank card at several locations.
