ALBANY — According to Albany Police Department reports, 22-year-old mother Audriana Jenkins found her 3-year-old son “unresponsive and unconscious” before 10:25 a.m. Thursday. Dougherty County EMS arrived and called police.
The boy was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in critical condition. Dougherty County Coroner Emma Quimbley said she had not been called to the hospital. There was no word on the boy’s condition by 5 p.m. Thursday. The case is under investigation.
