ALBANY, Ga. — One-year-old Jayden Page was brought into the Law Enforcement Center around noon Monday, an Albany Police Department report stated. The infant was then returned to his mother.
Police have a warrant for the arrest of the boy’s father, 39-year-old Jermaine Thrower, for taking the boy, reports added. Albany police said Friday that Thrower had taken the infant and refused to return him to his mother.

How did the child arrive at the police department? He surely did not walk in on his own, some one got the child from his father and probably knows where the father is located. Why did the police not question this person?

I’m confused about this. What did the Father do wrong? Its his child too. Why does the mother have all the rights to the children? Seems to me there is a lot of men being arrested for taking their child just because the mother want the police to. He might of had a good reason for taking the child. I have seen a lot of men who are great fathers and should have custody, but they don’t because of the false bias that the mother is the better custodian of the children.

Under the law, a father who has not legimated his child, has no rights to the child except those that the mother gives to him.
