DAWSON — Peter Merlin Cornell, 64, of Port Charlotte, Fla., died after a tractor-trailer rig hit him and his two companions as they rode bicycles east on Highway 520 about 6 a.m. Thursday, a Georgia State Patrol spokeswoman said.
According to the GSP report, the semi truck was headed east in the righthand lane when it hit the bicyclists from the rear. The other riders, whose names were not available, were taken to the hospital.
The truck driver’s name was not immediately available. Charges are pending, GSP officials said.

I think god should have come up with a better plan altogether; one that didn't involve anyone getting hit by a truck.

Maybe you should question whether there is a planner at all. The evidence seems to indicate there is a good possibility there is not.
