Dougherty Superior Court Chief Judge Willie Lockette has ordered that Precinct 22 remain open until 7:30 p.m. today for voters to cast ballots.
Precinct 22 is located at Pheobe East, 2410 Sylvester Road.
In the order filed this afternoon in Superior Court, Lockette said that evidence showed that the precinct did not open for voting today until 7:30 a.m. because the building was not unlocked until 7:10 a.m.
Lockette said that voters who vote between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. would cast provisional ballots.
