I always thought for some reason that cartoons were for kids.
Well, here I go again with another adage — a picture is worth 1,000 words. Proof of this is in the DailyViews political page by Cagle Cartoons (July 20). It seems to be assisted by the Columbus Dispatch. I’ll call it The Lemonade Stand.
The little boy is trying to finish drawing a star while President Obama is telling them that they had nothing to do with it. Maybe President Obama knows the boy and girl’s parents. The family may have gotten a federal grant.
I don’t think the federal government has anything to do with this small business. But if these kids don’t have a permit, the city government will shut them down. Freedom does not come cheap.
