ALBANY -- Wilma "Kay" Peak Shook age 62 went to be with the Lord on May 27th at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Ormond Beach, FL.
Kay was born on May 23rd in Cuthbert, GA. She graduated school in Birmingham, AL, went to college in Beeville, Texas where she received a degree in accounting.
She is survived by four children-Thomas "Lee" Shook (Alicia) of Albany, GA, Brenda Paton (David) of San Francisco, CA, Johnny Shook (Ella) of Albany, GA, Donny Shook (Wendy) of Leesburg, GA, and 11 Grandchildren. She is also survived by her Mother Joy Peak Glass- brother James "Jimmy" Peak (Crystal)-2 sisters Jean Norton (Buddie) and Martha Matthews.
She was employed for years at Peak's Bookkeeping (Joy's Bookkeeping)
There will be a memorial service on Sunday June 3rd at 2:00 PM at Faith Baptist Church, 1824 West Oakridge Drive Albany, GA. Rev. Al Wilbourn and Paul Wilkes will officiate.
The family will be at the home of Joy Glass (2210 Oakhaven Dr.) after the service, for any friends or relatives that would like to visit with the family.
