ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 40 incidents Friday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Public indecency, saggy pants on the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue;

-- Battery on the 2400 block of Nottingham Way;

-- Burglary on the 1200 block of Gillespie Avenue, the 500 block of Swift Street, the 3700 block of Crepe Myrtle Court, the 600 block of Pine Avenue and the 2200 block of Jewel Street;

-- Theft by taking on the 2700 block of Dawson Road and the 900 block of North Davis Street;

-- Unruly juvenile on the 2500 block of Belmont Drive and the 500 block of Louis Avenue;

-- Acquisition of gas without paying on the 900 block of Moultrie Road;

-- Identity fraud on the 900 block of Willow Oak Court;

-- Disorderly conduct on the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

-- Financial transaction card theft on the 2400 block of Sylvester Road;

-- Missing person on the 900 block of Holloway Avenue;

-- Terroristic acts on the 600 block of Sands Drive;

-- Assault (domestic) on the 1500 block of Cordell Avenue;

-- Domestic on the 2500 block of Forsythe Drive;

-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 600 block of Swift Street, the 3000 block of Westview Court, the 2400 block of Dawson Road, the 300 block of South Jackson Street, the 500 block of Park Lane, the 500 block of 10th Avenue, the 200 block of North West Road and the 800 block of Cameo Lane.
