and the late Dr. and

Mrs. Lye Barker of Eureka,

IL. Chelsea graduated

high school fro,

The Carlisle School of

Martinsville, VA. She received

a B.S. in Health

Promotions and a minor

in Psychology from Appalachian

State University

of Boone, N.C.

Chelsea has just completed

her masters at

Troy State University in

Clinical Mental Health

Counseling and is currently

employed by The

Early County Mental

Health and Addictive

Behaviors Center in

Blakely, GA.

Vic is the grandson of

the late Rev. Thomas

Newberry and Mrs. Ann

Newberry of Arlington,

GA. and Mr. and Mrs.

Charles Cook of Leary,

GA. Vic is a graduate of

Southwest Georgia

Academy of Damascus,

GA. He attended the

University of Georgia of

Athens, GA and is currently

employed by

Collins Surveying Company

of Leary, GA.

The couple plan their

wedding to take place on

the 4th day of August,

2012 at 6:00 p.m. at

Covenant Presbyterian

Church of Albany, GA.
