Albany Area Crime Stoppers has four fugitives on its most Wanted list this week. All fugitives on the Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.

Marvie Renee Givens

Marvie Renee Givens is a 48-year-old black female, 5 feet 1, 217 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes (dark circles surrounding the eye area). Her last known addresses are 301 Slater King Drive and 915 Desota, both in Albany. Givens has numerous aliases: Marie Renee Givens, Janice Brice, Ethel Brown, Renee Edward, Hazel Harris, Alice King, Janice Hoyton, Gwen Jackson, Angela Williams, Mary Lee Woodley and "Cash Money Edwards." Givens has two active arrest warrants for failure to appear and theft by shoplifting.

Christopher Lee Graham

Christopher Lee Graham (aka Chris) is a 27-year-old white male, 6 feet 4, 224 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, tattoos on his neck. His last known address is 1004 Fifth Ave., Albany. Graham has an active arrest warrant for aggravated battery.

Christopher Steve Collins

Christopher Steve Collins (aka Stephen Christo Collins) is a 26-year-old white male, 5 feet 8, 172 pounds, with brown hair, green eyes, and numerous tattoos on his arms (banner with "GOOD LIFE" over a pitbull head wearing a collar, "EAST" on his right forearm, "SIDE" on his left forearm, "229" surrounded by flames with buildings, a fist wearing a ring on the middle finger holding money, a fist wearing a ring on the middle finger holding a bag with dollar sign on it). Collins has been using the address of 117 Almond Drive, Albany. He has active an arrest warrant for probation violation.

Stephen Wayne Chapman

Stephen Wayne Chapman is a 44-year-old black male, 6 feet 1, 170 pounds, with black hair (shaves bald), brown eyes, muscular build, known to wear eyeglasses. His last known address is 515 Southgate. Chapman has two active arrest warrants for burglary and contempt of court -- Municipal Court for failure to appear.
