ALBANY -- Hazelene S. Culwell, 79, of Leesburg, GA, formerly of Apopka, FL died Friday, June 15, 2012 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Philema Road Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral service. A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Edgewood/Greenwood Cemetery, Apopka, FL.
