COLQUITT, Ga. — Victoria Henley, an 18-year-old Colquitt native, is hopeful she’ll achieve her dream of becoming “America’s Next Top Model.” She’s one of 12 young women competing for the title in Hollywood.
According to Henley’s mother, Lynn Henley, the popular television show is currently in production and will begin airing Aug. 24th on the CW Network. Lynn Henley said the show is introducing a new format and new judges as well as an interactive means for viewers to cast their votes.
Voting can be done, Lynn Henley said, by logging onto ANTM through the voter’s Facebook page and voting in “cycle 19.” Voting dates are June 23, 27 and 30 from 2 p.m. until noon. If selected as America’s Next Top Model, Victoria Henley will win a Cover Girl cosmetics contract valued at $100,000.
Victoria Henley is also the daughter of Russ Henley of Colquitt and the granddaughter of Ramona and Gene Boatright.
