ALBANY, Ga. — Thinking about a career in medicine?
Phoebe Northwest Conference Center is hosting an interactive forum on July 19 called “What’s Up Doc: What You Need to Know about Medical School.”
The forum will be led by the deans of admissions at Georgia’s five medical schools and will provide information about how to become a competitive applicant and what medical schools are looking for in applicants.
Those attending will have an opportunity to meet with the deans after the session.
The forum will be from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. at 2336 Dawson Road. To reserve a seat, call (229) 439-7185. Those not able to attend in person can register for a forum webcast at http://tinyurl.com/6sa4coq.
