ALBANY — An investigation turned up two suspects in a June 5 gunfire assault on police during a home invasion, stated an Albany Police Department report.

Police would like the community to help identify one of the suspects and locate him. Officers know the other suspect, Cartavious Deonta Wallace, 29, but seek help locating him.

Police released a sketch of the unknown suspect. He is described as a 25-year-old, dark-skinned black man standing between 5 feet 9 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He had short hair and was clean shaven.

Wallace, with the street name Fat, was described as a black man standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 139 pounds. He may have his hair in small twists.

Other officers came under fire during the home invasion. At the time, lead Detective Arthur Tyler said all the suspects wee armed and dangerous.
