Terry Duvall Sams
ALBANY, Ga. — Dougherty County Police Department officers reported the arrest of Terry Duvall Sams, 34, for a May 29 armed robbery of a 2336 Liberty Expressway Flash Foods convenience store.
“The clerk said he threatened her,” said police Detective Sgt. Chad Kirkpatrick. “He walked in the store and said he didn’t want to kill anybody.”
The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of money, Kirkpatrick said. Sams ran away, Kirkpatrick added. Sams is in Dougherty County Jail, said a jail spokeswoman. His first appearance before a judge is today.
