ALBANY, Ga. -- Men wanted for questioning about a 3 a.m. Saturday fight at a Northwest Albany nightspot that put a man in the hospital reported to the Law Enforcement Center Wednesday night, stated an Albany Police Department official.
"Shawn Penney, Jeremy Baer and Steven Hatcher, all individuals of interest in the fight that occurred at Charlie B's, came to the LEC to discuss the incident with detectives," said Phyllis Banks, police spokeswoman. "Sean Marney, also came to the Law Enforcement Center."
After interviews, detectives arrested Marney for aggravated assault and aggravated battery, Banks said. Warrants were issued for the arrest of William Cameron Sizemore, who did not report to the police, she added.
Jaylon Edwards, 31, remained in Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital after the fight Saturday. He was in fair condition Tuesday, a hospital spokeswoman said. No information on him was immediately available Wednesday.
Anyone with additional information or the whereabouts of Sizemore should call investigators at (229) 431-3288 or Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS (8477). The Spanish speaking APD-COP Tip Line is (229) 434-2677.
Crime Stoppers is an anonymous tipline. People with information could become eligible for cash rewards.
