MARY WILSON: Blessings are often disguised

I would like to heartily express appreciation to Dr. Grady Thompson and his associates for their recent medical treatment of my husband. After diligently attempting to see his regular physician, we were told there weren’t any available appointments. The inn (doctor’s office) was full! Therefore, we were told to try Convenient Care.

Upon arrival at Phoebewest Convenient Care, we were greeted by an effervescent Shay who assisted us with registration. After a very short interim, my husband was seen by Dr. Thompson. His very thorough and methodical approach in diagnosing my husband’s illness was both amazing and reflective of his sincerity in taking care of his patients. My husband received “red carpet” treatment by both Dr. Thompson and his staff. He was not released until his vitals improved significantly. I waited patiently in awe of the service being rendered to my husband.

Indeed blessings are often disguised! I never would have imagined that such care could be administered in a convenience setting. Kristie, Alisha, Keisha, Tosha and Denise all contributed to my husband’s care.

Thank you for the ultimate care that my husband received while being treated by you and your staff. By God’s grace and your superlative service, my husband is doing much better.
