ALBANY -- Mr. Scottie Andrew Walls, 29, of Albany died Friday, June 29, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete but will be announced later by Martin Luther King Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends at 801 W. Whitney Avenue.
