The Albany Police Department's Criminal Investigative Bureau would like to solicit the public's assistance with locating the following persons of interest:
KENNETH BERNARD HAYES
Kenneth Bernard Hayes is a 35-year-old black male, 5 feet 11, 150 pounds. He is a person of interest in an aggravated assault case. Albany police officers responded to the 400 block of Medlock Court in reference to the assault case. After conducting an initial investigation, APD officials say they believe Hayes struck another person, causing severe injuries.
JAMES DONALD HAYES
James Donald Hayes is a 55-year-old black male, 6 feet 1, 245 pounds. He is also a person of interest in the aggravated assault case on the 400 block of Medlock Court. APD officials say their initial investigation showed that James Hayes, along with Kenneth Hayes, injured another person during an assault. Police officials say a warrant against James hayes is being secured.
Anyone who has information regarding this person should call Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS or they can contact APD's CI Bureau at (229) 878-3180.
