TIFTON -- Mrs. Winfred Rodriguez Mitchell, 77, of Omega, GA departed this life February 22, 2012 at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Saturday March 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church on South Park Ave, with Committal Services to Follow at Oakridge Cemetery and a repast to follow at the Neighborhood Services center on South Central Ave.
