QUITMAN -- Louise Morris Snow passed away at South Georgia Medical Center with her family around her on March 6, 2012.
Louise was a native Brooks Countian. She was a retired hairdresser, owner of Country Manor Beauty Salon, and First Baptist Church in Quitman, Ga. Growing flowers was her hobby as well as enjoying time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron Edgar and Lillie Mae Oliver Morris, her former husband and the father of her children, Robert Lee Snow, her sisters, Baby Morris, Bessie Morris Becton, Lois Morris Ray, and her brothers, Edgar Ezell (Buck) Morris and Curtis Eugene Morris.
She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Alachia Ann Snow and Betty Snow (Bill) Wiggins, all of Quitman, a son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie Lee (Martha) Snow of Albany,Ga., four grandchildren; Jeffrey Paul Wiggins of East Point,Ga., Melanie Alachia (Mike) Wiggins McIntosh of Winston,Ga., Lindsay Gayle Snow, Heather Marie (Michael) Snow Harbuck of Albany and one great grandchild, Jackson Medders Harbuck of Albany, Ga. She is also survived by one sister and brother-in-law; Mary Morris (Danny) Strickland of Quitman and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Friday March 9, at 11:00 AM in Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dillard Ensley officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
