State park to host Astronomy Night

LUMPKIN — Astronomy Night is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Saturday at Providence Canyon State Conservation Park.

Dr. Rosa Williams of Coca-Cola Space Center is hosting the event.

Telescopes will be available, but visitors may bring their own. Admission is $5. The park is located near Lumpkin off Georgia Highway 39.

Actually, ancient astronomy was astrology.. Astrology is considered archaic today, except for those who study how the alignment of the panet's affect their lives.. but it doesn't have anything to do with religion.. or Ruby's so-called devil out there...
