Columbus, GA proudly announce the engagement and

forthcoming marriage of their daughter Rachel-Jane "Autumn"

Brooks to Stephen Wallace Walker, son of Mr. and

Mrs. Wallace Walker of Sylvester, GA.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Rachel

Brooks and the late James Person Brooks, Sr. of Eufaula,

AL and Mr. and Mrs. Lester Kapelka of Columbus. She is a

2001 graduate of Westover High School and a graduate of

Darton College with a degree in nursing. She is currently

employed as a Registered Nurse at Phoebe Putney Memorial

Hospital.

The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Hilda

Stephens and the late Martin Stephens of Sylvester and

the late Nora W. Beasley and Ira Walker, also of Sylvester.

He is a 1997 graduate of Worth County High School and a

graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with a

degree in business administration. He is currently employed

as a research assistant at Monsanto's Deltapine

Business in Tifton, GA.

The wedding is planned for April 14, 2012 in

Albany, GA.
